PURPOSE:

The Yazio Retreat was designed to embody their mission of revolutionising global health through nutrition. They aimed to foster connection, empowerment and alignment with Yazio’s vision and future growth amongst their 100 team members.

BRIEF:

TM G were tasked with bringing together a complete activity itinerary that incorporated immersive nutrition experiences, innovation sessions, wellness, team building, celebration of success, as well as relaxation and social connection. We were responsible for bringing Yazio’s vision to life with branding and atmosphere in mind, this included venue sourcing, engaging decor and integrating features of their app such as nutrition tracking throughout.

OUTCOME:

TM G managed every aspect of this retreat from start to finish. This included securing the buy-out of the entire Kempinski Das Tirol hotel, handling all branding elements, and coordinating the extensive travel logistics (trains, flights, and transfers) for 100 guests. The weekend itself perfectly embodied Yazio’s wellness mission. The activity programme featured morning yoga sessions, scavenger hunts, and team dinners, providing plenty of chances for social connection and relaxation. Complete with a 6ft Yazio Yeti mascot, no branding opportunity was missed throughout the event.
