An energizing company retreat where team members step out of the office and into a setting that sparks deeper connections, both with each other and with the company’s mission.

TM Events curated and executed a four-day company retreat for 700 attendees in Mexico, meticulously handling every aspect from travel to immersive on-site experiences. TM G secured all hotel logistics, including accommodation, diverse food and beverage offerings, privatised activities, robust security, and transformed venue spaces with decor and branding. Meanwhile, TM Travel seamlessly managed the complex flight arrangements, from multiple charters to individual bookings, alongside all ground transportation. TM Studio crafted a cohesive, bespoke visual identity for the event, inspired by the resort and the client’s retreat-style event brief. The event identity could be found at various touch points throughout the event, from the custom general store, to the papel picado, wayfinding signage and custom icebreakers.
