Mexican food just got hotter by way of Peyotito, which recently opened in Notting Hill. With a menu created by acclaimed Chef Eduardo Garcia from Maximo Bistrot (one of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants), Peyotito serves up social dishes based on a sharing concept around the main themes of Ensaladas, Crudos, Ceviche, Moles and Maza. Alongside the menu there is an extensive and curated collection of tequila and mezcal showcasing the spirit of Mexico, alongside Latin-American inspired cocktails and wine lists.  This 65-cover site, which is open seven days a week, is a great addition to the Notting Hill area.

Get a table at the back of the restaurant amongst the exposed brick and retractable skylights for a fresh experience or sit up at the concrete bar to sip drinks and nibbles. For late night diners, the lights are dimmed and the DJ decks bring the “Peyotito party” to life. Owned by entrepreneur Tarun Mahrotri, Peyote is named after a small cactus native to the Chihuahuan Desert, which gives the idea of a hedonistic and unique social atmosphere whilst the Latin lounge soundtrack provided by resident DJs sets the tone. Peyotito restaurant brings the vibrant and colourful spirit of modern Mexico City to Notting Hill with its contemporary style and refined authentic Mexican food.
