Key Insights and Connections: TM G at IMEX 2025
Total Management Group has returned from an energising and thought-provoking experience at IMEX Frankfurt 2025, where we were on the ground engaging with global industry leaders, absorbing the latest innovations at the forefront of the ever evolving events landscape.
Graciously hosted by the exceptional team at Shangri-La, our visit began with a packed agenda. From the moment we arrived in Frankfurt, we dove into a series of high-impact meetings with leading hotel groups, gathering vital insights and connections. The conversations and agenda were engaging, insightful and rich with detail, offering specialist knowledge that will feed directly into our service design and delivery.
The key talking point for IMEX 2025 was “Activating the Future,” spotlighting critical discussions around sustainability, innovation, and fostering positive change within the events industry, truly standing out as a pivotal focus for attendees and exhibitors alike. From immersive platforms to cutting-edge AI integrations, the show floor buzzed with innovation. These developments are more than trends – they represent tangible opportunities to reimagine how we create meaningful experiences and activations for our clients. Tech is clearly the catalyst in how simple but unique experiences can come to reality.
Zenus.ai gave us some food for thought on the future of attendee data and how we measure an event’s success. Their intuitive AI face analysis can track attendee sentiment to get a read on engagement on content. This technology has the potential to revolutionize how clients are able to get immediate and broad feedback data to make both short and long term decisions for ROI.
Max Cogger, TM G Event Operations Director who attended IMEX on behalf of the company stated, “My time at IMEX was incredibly productive, allowing me to forge strong connections with numerous suppliers, which will directly support our upcoming client RFPs. I gained valuable specialist knowledge and witnessed the latest advancements in event technology, particularly in AI, providing key insights that will shape our future projects.
We left IMEX with clarity, insight and ideas: the future of events is intentional, tech-enhanced, and deeply human. As an agency, we’re already translating these insights into how we plan, partner, and produce with some exciting things to come.
