Opening in June 2017, the new Nobu Hotel will have a month long soft launch before officially opening on July 1st. Located in the heart of Shoreditch, the Nobu Hotel in London will be the first European hotel from the internationally renowned brand, following successful openings in Las Vegas, Malibu and Miami…to name just a few.

The Nobu Hotel Shoreditch will offer a dynamic mix of the Nobu’s signature philosophy and the energy of Shoreditch. The contemporary and unique design of the hotel takes inspiration from its Shoreditch location, as one of London’s most vibrant and culturally rich districts. The hotel will have 143 guest rooms and 7 suites, mixing contemporary design with functionality and offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the area.

Guests can also enjoy the iconic Nobu dining experience at the brand new Nobu Shoreditch restaurant. A series of innovative culinary experiences have been specially created for Nobu Shoreditch and are available in the restaurant and across the lobby bar, meeting spaces and 24h in-room dining.

Nobu’s renowned cuisine is an innovative interpretation of Japanese, Peruvian and other South American elements, pioneered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and influenced by his years of studying Japanese cuisine in Tokyo and by his extensive travels. Overseen by Executive Chef Greg Seregi, supported by Head Sushi Chef Teruya Noriyoshi, the Nobu Shoreditch menu will feature many of Nobu’s famous dishes and new additions bringing culinary innovation to East London.

The Nobu Hotel will also have a Lobby Bar serving award-winning cocktails; the Kaijo, an adaptable event and meeting space; and a spa and wellness area, offering a range of relaxation and beauty services.
