With a name coined in celebration of the year of the monkey, MNKY HSE forms part of a new generation of Dover Street venues. Opening its doors on the former site of the iconic Dover Street Wine Bar, MNKY HSE combines funk and Latin soul in a two floor, late night venue. In his first UK based project Chef Pablo Peñalosa Nájera, formerly of the Four Seasons, Bogotà and Morimoto, Mexico City, will head the MNKY HSE kitchen. With his influential Latin American themed menu, his dishes are designed to share and rouse diners inner Latin American. The venue boasts a lengthy Mezcal themed cocktail menu and a vibrant entertainment schedule with music and live performers hosted regularly until late.
