A cypress lined road leads to Il Borgo, the historic heart of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, and center of the estate’s activities for hundreds of years. Within Il Borgo, you will find the historic manor house, old winery, stables, church of San Michele Arcangelo, the priest’s house; all meticulously restored and repurposed. The village now features two restaurants, a cooking school, an organic kitchen garden, 23 suites, a spa, an infinity pool and a fitness center.

A real highlight is Castiglion del Bosco’s winery, the fifth largest producer of Tuscany’s iconic red wine, Brunello di Montalcino.
