Favourite hotspot for many celebrities, The Gallery at Sketch is the huge success of celebrated artist David Shrigley. 239 new works line the restaurant’s walls, forming the largest group of original drawings David has ever exhibited. The exhibition continues also in the ceramice tableware that show drawings and texts that perfectly interact with Master Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s dishes.
What to order: Pink burrata, Stilton, Thai grapefruit, pear and datterini tomatoes; and mint lamb croquette, seasonal herb salad, lamb cotelette.
