HANWHA: LIFEPLUS 2025
PURPOSE:
To provide a platform for industry leaders, professionals and young talent to share their insights, experiences, and knowledge. The LifePlus event aimed to unite young professionals through career consulting, mentoring and delivering insights from industry leaders. Hanwha wanted to create effective networking opportunities for its attendees and provide a memorable experience through educational content.
BRIEF:
TM G was tasked with the planning, branding and event materials for the entire LifePlus NY event. This included but was not limited to venue sourcing, designing and producing Hanwha branded screen content, banners, signage, digital invitations and step-and-repeat backdrops. As well as this, TM G were responsible for venue management, 3rd party vendor management, event running logistics and post event reporting. Artist and performer management also fell within our scope, as well as attendee registration.
OUTCOME:
TM G delivered and managed all aspects of LifePlus 2025, from the overall programming and production to the subtle Hanwha branding touches that featured throughout the event. Selecting the Glasshouse NYC as our venue provided a sleek and modern feel as well as setting the scene for ample networking opportunities amongst both the young professionals and industry leaders. The entire event as well as the afterparty and its multiple performers ran seamlessly. We also enabled Hanwha to get instant attendee feedback by hosting a survey for guests to comment on the overall conference experience and relevance of the content included.
