GABRIELLE’S ANGEL FOUNDATION: ANGEL BALL 2025
PURPOSE:
To raise funds for Gabrielle’s Angels foundation for them to be able to continue their efforts in finding a cure for cancer. The event set out to bring together New York Society and the brightest stars in music, fashion, business, science and media to bring attention to the cause and generate publicity for the charity.
BRIEF:
Annual Gala Dinner in New York City, requiring support with sponsorship activations, project planning, guestlist management and onsite execution for 600 person high profile event.
OUTCOME:
We managed the full event production and logistics, handling all scenic elements, staging, and the entire aesthetic and branding. This included collaborating with the florist to create stunning centerpieces as well as the step and repeat used for all performances and speeches. We managed all sponsor relationships including designing and building the Valmont Photo Booth, Tito’s Martini Bar and displaying all auction art. We also expertly managed all crucial front-of-house operations, including registration, guest check-in, RSVP tracking, and precise table management and layout.
