BINANCE EUROPEAN VIP RETREAT 2025
PURPOSE:
To strengthen Binance’s relationships with their VIP’s by providing successful networking opportunities, as well as collecting user feedback to gain a better understanding of user needs. This retreat was crucial in deepening understanding of top products, activating new users and increasing the activity of existing users.
BRIEF:
Our agency was tasked with producing a flawless and engaging experience in the heart of Italy for Binance’s 2025 Europe VIP Retreat. Our Events team managed all aspects including pre-event planning, budget management, event logistics and on-site event management, post-event management and content for social media engagement. Our in-house Studio team worked closely with Binance on the full event branding and design elements to fully embody Binance’s identity.
OUTCOME:
TM G expertly delivered venue sourcing the perfect Borgo Egnazia – based on Binance’s specific requirements to create a relaxed, retreat-style environment. The team organised three unique evening dinners, managing décor, AV, and entertainment, while we designed branding moments that immersed the guests into the world of Binance. The programme included masterclasses and intimate breakout sessions, with all staging and production handled by TM G. The team also partnered with Binance’s marketing department to capture high-quality photography and video content for real-time social media posts.
