“It’s been a fantastic growth year for Total Management Group (TM G) and we are seeing the events and meetings space showing huge growth in comparison to pre-covid (155% increase), mainly due to our clients doing more hybrid activations and bringing their remote workers together which is a key growth driver across both our European and US markets.

We invested heavily into our recruitment plan ahead of the bounce back, to fulfill the predicted market change with MICE and Group Travel having monumental growth over these past 12 months, which has served us well. We have an extremely strong team across both our UK and US headquarters and our leadership team have worked hard to implement stronger management training processes and provide more structure to allow us to scale.”

"The next 12 months will be instrumental in how TM G transitions into its next growth phase and we have plans to take some market share within the events and group travel space in which we feel that TMG offers something that others don’t, with our wrap around and high touch service across our travel, events, and creative service verticals.

We are seeing a huge amount of inbound business predominantly down to larger companies switching to a smarter way of working and more importantly looking at how they are spending their OPEX. By switching to an agency rather than in-house, it allows a far leaner way of producing the output that they require. This resulted in our record breaking Q4 with new business and with a forecasted 35% growth underpin over the coming year ahead.

We are very excited to share our continued focus on the improvement of our clients business sustainability efforts where we offer full CO2 reporting to help stay within the parameters of their sustainable objectives. We’re very much looking forward to continuing our growth journey with some exciting plans to be announced in the near future which will help us expedite our position within the marketplace.”
