This annual team event celebrated everything to do with the ‘worlds of sound’. Attended by 400 guests across five days, this event spread across multiple venues including restaurant buyouts and Cuban-inspired castles. TM Events managed logistics for the entire event program, meeting and breakouts, event offshoots, evening socials and team activities. Attendees travelling into the city were supported by TM Travel, who handles all accommodation logistics as well as flights and transfers. The event branding designed by TM Studio was meticulously displayed throughout all venues, including branded itineraries and map, a large-scale 360 photo booth, and a custom macrame entrance.
