PRIVATE CLIENT ‘THE CIRCUS’ SUMMER PARTY
BRIEF:
To curate and develop a creative concept, that is an immersive experience for guests. A celebration of the theme from the point of invitation, showcased through food concepts, decor and entertainment.
DELIVERED:
TM Events were sourced for their creativity, to execute a private party in the South of France for 300 distinguished guests. Client and team worked closely together to establish the chosen theme and bring it to life. From decor, entertainment to catering, the theme was carried throughout, immersing guests into the world of ‘The Circus’. TM Events sourced and managed all vendors, from catering through to entertainers, managed the guestlist, were on-site to support with production, set up and de-rig, whilst TM Studio developed the required event assets from invitations to on-site branding.
