BRIEF:
Annual Company Offsite, requiring full project support, event creative, concept curation and development.
DELIVERED:
TM Events worked closely with the client, to create a three day Offsite for 95 employees. As a ‘remote first’ company, the aim of the Offsite was to bring everyone together for team bonding, collaboration and brainstorming. Consisting of keynotes from leadership, Q&A sessions, workshops and mini off-shoot events for smaller teams. TM Events curated an afternoon of beach olympics, as well as two evening dinners; one at a private beach club and the other at a picturesque restaurant in Split overlooking the Adriatic sea.
