Enjoy a hands-on three hour private Masterclass with Raymond Blanc OBE conducted in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School along with his Cookery School Tutors. You will be provided with tea and coffee during the lesson as well as a Chef’s jacket to take away with your goody bag. The masterclass is then followed by a sumptuous lunch or dinner (choice of five-course or seven-course) at his 2* Michelin restaurant, this experience all set at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is the fulfilment of Chef Patron, Raymond Blanc’s, personal vision: to create a hotel and restaurant in harmony where guests would find perfection in food, comfort and service. Set in secluded private gardens seven miles south of the historic city of Oxford in rural Cotswolds countryside, Belmond Le Manoir has 32 fabulous, individually designed bedrooms and suites.
All bookings are subject to the availability of Raymond Blanc OBE, The Raymond Blanc Cookery School and the restaurant.
Timings of the offer as follows:
Morning Session – 10:30am – 1:30pm in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. 1:45pm – Aperitifs in the lounge, 2:15pm Guests to be seated for luncheon.
Afternoon Session – 3:30pm – 6:30pm in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. 6:45pm – Aperitifs in the lounge. 7:15pm Guests to be seated for dinner.
Masterclass menu will be confirmed in advance.
The number of courses (5 or 7) the guests have for lunch or dinner can be decided on the day. All beverages and extras also to be decided on the day. All drinks to be settled either individually by guests or by host on departure.
Accommodation for the guests can also be arranged individually should any of them wish to stay. This is subject to availability and can be arranged by Total Management’s Travel team.
A deposit will be required in advance of the bookings. This will include £1,000.00 for the Cookery School, £1,000.00 for Raymond Blanc OBE and £50.00 per person for securing the restaurant reservation (fully refundable up until 28 days prior to the date). The remaining balance can be settled on departure.
Cheques are not accepted for payment. Groups of ten guests can be seated on one large table in the restaurant. (Subject to availability).
