Earlier in May, our Events, Travel and Studio divisions came together to deliver a company offsite for Fonoa in Split, Croatia.


The three day offsite consisted of keynotes, collaboration and of course, team building. It wasn’t all work however - the team also enjoyed activities and dining experiences that showcased the very best of what Split has to offer.

Our events team, headed by Poppy Luck and Sophie Walton, managed the project from initial outreach and choosing the perfect location, through to onsite support and execution.

Our in-house group travel team, Daen McCulloch and James Barnett, booked flights and airport transfers for all attendees, as well as managing hotel accommodation bookings. Our studio team (shoutout to Goni Shito) worked with Fonoa’s brand guidelines and design assets to create a mobile friendly digital agenda, accessible via a QR code that was included in the attendee’s epic swag bags. With all our divisions coming together, TMG showcased how our 360 service helped alleviate stress from our client and delivered a great offsite for everyone attending.
