BOUTIQUE INVESTMENT BANK ANNUAL RETREAT

Our Events team delivered a company offsite for a boutique investment bank at Heckfield Place, an 18th century Georgian manor that exudes elegance, tranquillity, and charm.

Day 1:

The team engaged in a competitive team football match on arrival, followed by an afternoon tea. Our clients then had the opportunity to unwind and enjoy all that Heckfield Place has to offer, such as natural lake swimming, boating, walking trails, and relaxing in the new Bothy Spa. A Lebanese feasting menu delighted their taste buds for dinner, followed by an exclusive private screening of the latest Fast X movie, providing an evening of entertainment and togetherness.

Day 2:

The team enjoyed an early morning fitness session at the local farm, followed by a picturesque brunch in the glasshouse of the walled garden. Our client extended the invitation to some of their own clients, creating a unique opportunity to share the extraordinary ambiance of Heckfield Place. A fireside chat fostered engaging conversations, followed by a formal dinner and live music entertainment, creating a memorable evening.

Throughout the planning process, the TMG team, led by Poppy Luck and Lucy Hook, managed the project, with their responsibilities ranging from venue contracting, budget management, rooming lists management, F&B planning, AV & production management, and curating exceptional company SWAG for the guests.
