We are looking for someone to come on board as a highly organised, dependable and creative Event Director to work on our key accounts. You will be working on multiple events around the world, for leading brands and industry names, while maintaining a keen eye for detail, strong communication and creative skills.
Managerial experience is required, as is confidence in managing large-scale budgets across multiple currencies. The successful candidate will also have business development skills, and support the wider team in building our client portfolio.
You will be reporting directly to Department and Company Directors. They will work closely with the UK and US office, with the likelihood of having to work between both offices regularly, along with traveling with clients to execute their events globally.
Confident in managing large scale budgets in multiple currencies
Creating detailed proposals
Experience with RFP’s Good understanding of global venues, alongside good research skills
Good understanding of AV and production
Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
Methodical, meticulous and structured approach to your everyday tasks.
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Willingness to take initiative and to adapt. A ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude
A creative and organised mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another language would be considered an advantage
Proven experience with IT programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Sales force and PowerPoint
